The actress- who is in Vancouver shooting the third installment of the Twilight series- took her tiny pup for a casual stroll around the city. Plugging in her head phones, the bubbly brunette greeted photographers with a smile as she walked to the groove of her music.

Taking a page out of co-star Kristen Stewart's rising star handbook, Greene kept is casual for outdoor jaunt, opting for a loose-fitting why blouse and jeans (and we're pretty sure she was make-up free underneath
those shades

What Author Stephenie Meyer Reads When She's Not Writing Twilight

Everyone knows Stephenie Meyer as the uber-famous, best-selling author of The Twilight Saga books. But when she's not busy turning out her next tale of Bella and Edward's true love, Meyer has her own list of favorite authors and bedtime reads. And she has way more than vampires on the brain.

"I did discover one really wonderful two-book series," Meyer wrote on her website www.stepheniemeyer.com "Dreamhunter and Dreamquake by Elizabeth Knox. It's like nothing else I've ever read."

Meyer is also a fan of author Suzanne Collins' work.

"I also got an early look at a book I've been eagerly awaiting: Catching Fire, the sequel to Suzanne Collins' phenomenal The Hunger Games. It not only lived up to my high expectations, it surpassed them. It's just as
exciting as The Hunger Games, but even more gut wrenching, because you already know these characters, you've already suffered with them. Suzanne takes the story places I wasn't expecting, and she's never

On Wednesday, the actress, who’s in Vancouver to begin production on the third Twilight film Eclipse, headed into a hair and makeup warehouse. She may not have Bella’s long locks back yet, but take a look at her makeup—free face!

Stewart chopped her hair and dyed it raven black to play rock icon Joan Jett in The Runaways. But it looks like it’s bye-bye ‘80s eyeliner for now!

Werewolvs eat muffins!

Kiowa Gordon (who plays Jacob Black's pal Embry Call), revealed to MTV that there's a funny/intense scene in the flick which he calls "the muffin scene." More specifically? "We all gather around at Emily's house — she's Sam, the big pack leader's, fiancée — and we all just gather around and eat muffins and talk about stuff."

Ah, yes. Just a bunch of werewolves, enjoying a hearty breakfast. Nothing wrong with that! (Pass the butter, please.)

But ask Taylor Lautner about all this muffin eating and he seems a little bitter...

"I didn't have the pleasure to enjoy any muffins," said Taylor. Why not? "When they were eating their funny little muffins, I was standing in the back, all pissed off [because Jacob, in the scene, isn't too psyched about some family drama and the whole 'turning into a wolf' thing]."

Twilight director Catherine Harwicke recently revealed that the other candidates to play Edward Cullen were while at Twi Tour in Phoenix -

She also stated that she referred to them as Bachelor’s 1, 2, 3, and 4 (that is including Robert Pattinson!). As we all know, Jackson was cast in the movie as Edward’s brother, Jasper Hale.

What do you think? Loaded question I know! We obviously are very happy with Robert as Edward Cullen. Can any of you see Jackson, Ben, or Shiloh as Edward?

Meet The New Leah Clearwater!

Ah, we finally got our She Wolf (apologies to Shakira).

That actress you see is Julia Jones, who Summit just confirmed will play Leah Clearwater in the upcoming Eclipse (she's the only known female member of the Quileute tribe... so I guess that means she gets the bathroom all to herself).

Plus, it was announced that Boo Boo Stewart (awesome name) will play her bro Seth (that's the cutie in the pic below Julia).

Oh, yeah. And, if that wasn't enough to get your Eclipse engines roarin', Summit also confirmed that Jodelle Ferland WILL play Bree, as many of you already suspected.

So that rounds out all the major casting!

Of course, you'll have to wait until June 30, 2010 to see all these newbies in action. But from the looks of things, it'll be worth the wait!

Now if you'll excuse us, we have to go practice our howl. Maybe we can become the SECOND known female member of the Quileute tribe (probs our only way to meet Jacob).

Taylor and Kristen to Go On "American Idol?"

During a photo shoot with Entertainment Weekly, Taylor Lautner confessed that he's obsessed with American Idol. So much so, that Kristen Stewart joked, "I wanna go on American Idol with Taylor."

Their audition tune of choice? "'Love Story' by Taylor Swift," revealed K-Stew (which Taylor referred to as "our song"... awwww!!!!).

Could a werewolf and a human who hangs with vampires really make it to the Top 10 on Idol, especially now that softie (and no doubt Team Jacob member) Paula Abdul is gone?

We may find out soon!

Said Taylor (with a mostly straight face), "We're going to go audition for Season 25 of American Idol. [Kristen starts to sing, 'We were both young...']. OK, let's not do that. Let's just save it for the show."

Some New Moon cast members have been lucky enough to attend a special screening of New Moon! Edi Gathegi tweeted that he had watched New Moon with Stephenie Meyer! Now there are pictures surfacing of various New Moon cast members in Vancouver, attending the screening on Saturday.

Dakota Fanning’s New Photo Shoot with New York Times

Absolutely stunning. Hard to believe she is only 15. New Moon Volturi Guard Jane aka Dakota Fanning, had gorgeous photos taken of her recently via New York Times. The New York Times article states -

Dakota Fanning is so self-possessed and so articulate that the only reminder you’re speaking with a 15-year-old and not someone much older is her occasional tendency to giggle when she’s sharing some droll aspect of her life.

Dakota shares details on Jane being pure evil -
